Cancellation Policy

We realize that sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Treatments cancelled less than 24-hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of the treatment price. We understand that emergencies arise and weather prevents travel, but you must call prior to missing your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
